However for a small business like ours, it means we have to bear packaging and shipping cost of sending the product AND getting it back.

You can avail COD by making an advance payment for COD charges of Rs. 100. We will then ship your order and you can then pay the order amount as COD when you receive the shipment. If for any reason you don’t accept your order at the time of delivery and the order is returned to us, your advance will not be refunded.
