Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped with tracking number. Popular courier services or India Post may be used for shipping items. Your order status will be updated with tracking number. You are encouraged to create a customer account when placing your order so you can be informed about the tracking number updates.
Insured shipping may also be provided at additional cost in case of high value items. It is encouraged that buyers ask for insured shipping for items over Rs. 10000. Insured shipping will incur additional charges. Items over this amount are not covered under refunds if sent uninsured.
We usually ship between 1 to 3 days of receiving payment for your order.
COD
All COD orders will need phone verification before dispatch. Sankalan Art Gallery reserves the right to reject COD orders.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Full refund in case of cancellation before shipping the order.
No cancellation after the order has been shipped.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if the item sent does not match the item listed. Please read the description and the review the items carefully before purchase. Please note, there may be some variation of colour and size from the image shown. In this case refunds will not be accepted.
At this time we do not provide unconditional returns.
Refund Policy
Full refund in case the order is cancelled before shipping.
A refund may also be provided if the item does not reach the buyer. Refund will be provided only after due diligence with shipping provider for tracking the item and getting it back.
While we do our best to ensure proper packing, there is no responsibility of mishaps or damage in transit.
Refund will also be provided in case acceptable returns when item sent doesn’t match item described. See Return policy above.
Please make a video of the package as you open it to ensure speedier refunds.
Refunds will be made in the same mode as payment. It typically takes 5-7 working days for the amount to be credited to your account after the refund has been initiated.
